Workspace Multi-Tenancy
Overview
Census suggests managing multi-tenancy by using individual workspaces to isolate resources and effectively track usage.
Workspaces are the primary way to manage multi-tenancy in Census. Each workspace is an isolated environment in which connections, datasets, syncs, and more are completely separated from every other workspace.
Census Embedded customers are encouraged to isolate each customer’s data in its own workspace. This allows you to manage each customer’s data separately and track each customer’s usage + costs.
This guide covers Template Workspaces to help you quickly spin up new workspaces for each customer and Workspace Usage Tracking to help you monitor each customer’s usage of Census.
